Ed Garvey recounts events from 1961 and 1968, a period of time when democracy had taken a back seat to politics, prejudice, and fear. He talks about SNCC, Segregation, Fighting for Civil and Human Rights, and riding with police during the 1968 Democratic Nation Convention in Chicago.
